When the sun light is reflected off of the earth it creates a magnificent view of the moon being illuminated by Earthshine, which is much the same as what the earth experiences during a full moon and the earth is illuminated with Moonshine. this is the moon under earthshine over Turnberry Lighthouse, South Ayrshire.
